"Great service but a small issue..."
I had a great experience overall, but I do have one gripe - the shipping cost to Northern Ireland was quite steep. When I ordered the sets before, the postage wasn’t as high, not like it was this time around. Other than that, I was really happy with everything.

"Finally got my size, but with some hiccups..."
I had to wait quite a while for my size to be available again. The website promised a notification when it was back, but I never got one. To make matters worse, the price had jumped quite a bit. Still, I went ahead and ordered two pairs, and I gotta say, the quality is top-notch. Just a tad let down that they took away the elastic waist and now you gotta buy the knee pads separately, which really bumps up the total cost. On the bright side, delivery was super quick.

"User-friendly site with decent product"
The site is super easy to navigate and the product is solid, but the delivery was a bummer since they used Evri. The item showed up late, and I really needed it for a patient who was running low on supplies. I got a message from Evri saying it was supposed to arrive on a certain day, but by the end of that day, nothing showed up. Then I got another update from them saying they couldn’t deliver it. It finally came two days after that.
